Sophomore Evan Medders is the Marvin Ridge Mavericks' quarterback, and the main cog responsible for the offensive execution. Medders started the spring campaign as a running back but assumed the starting role at QB in the Mavs' fourth game and never looked back. 

Despite only starting three varsity games in the spring, Medders can concentrate on one position in his second year. It appears that  Medders is up to the task and looking forward to his sophomore season.
