Weddington, led by Kyle Parsons 202 yards rushing and two touchdowns defeated Porter Ridge on Friday night, 27-7.

It was a tight, defensive first half, but after Weddington's Dalen Gordon's go-ahead touchdown run early in the third quarter, Warrior senior running back, Kyle Parsons went to work.

Parsons, a verbal commit to Wofford University, amassed the majority of his 202 yards rushing in the second half scoring two TDs that sealed a dominant road conference win for Weddington.
