Weddington defeated Marvin Ridge, 41-31, in the second round of the 4A playoffs,

The Weddington victory marks the 24th consecutive win versus a conference opponent and another home playoff victory. I'll have to check the record book, but I cannot recall the last time  (if any) that Weddington lost a home playoff game.

After the game, I caught up with Weddington's Grady Brosterhous (QB), Kyle Parsons (RB), and head coach Andy Capone as they discussed their win and what lies ahead for them in the playoffs.
