The Monroe Redhawks will begin their 2022 season with Khomani Robinson at quarterback as they have over the last three seasons. Robinson, now a senior, threw for over 2,000 yards and 29 touchdowns in his junior year.

The Hawks finished the season with an 8-2 record, and with the return of Robinson and losing only eight seniors (including Shaleak Knotts, a 4-star recruit now playing on scholarship at Maryland), expectations are high in Monroe. North Carolina.

Head Coach Johnny Sowell shares his thoughts on his quarterback, the loss of some key seniors, and what the team needs to focus on in the upcoming season.
