Parkwood and Sun Valley drove up to Central Cabarrus High School on Wednesday to compete in their first scrimmage.
Led by first-year coaches Tim Boyd at Parkwood and Ryan Smith at Sun Valley, the sessions against Mount Pleasant, West Rowan, and each other provide a powerful learning tool ahead of next Friday's season opener. Video can be found below the inserted Tweets.
